I came across this robotic development board called Accexlron by NETRA-Tweaklabs. While I started using this, I thought about how we use to learn back in 90’s and how are we learning now. There’s so much progressive difference. I thought to pen-down my experience.
Paradigm of education is shifting. Education is no more restricted to classrooms or text books. Students across the globe are looking for more content online and when they go to class-room it will be more doubt solving sessions. This model is called “Flipped-classroom”. However, students are moving beyond their curriculum and it’s right to do so. In this current world, knowledge from one source is not enough. One must understand what others are doing globally and be in the community to keep yourself upgraded.
Almost every learner around the globe is looking for more content online to upgrade their skills. May it be Artificial intelligence, Cloud, Blockchain, Automation and Robotics etc.. There are many companies who’re capitalizing on the online consumers of the course materials. If you look at companies like Amazon, Google and Microsoft and many more companies declared they don’t need a degree from university to be hired by them.
They took this conscious decision thinking they don’t need resources who’ve university degrees to do their task, they need someone who can understand the task and solve it efficiently and university degree doesn’t guarantee that. Hope other companies do understand this culture shift.
Well that’s my five cents on Current Education :) Hope you enjoyed reading. Enjoy learning.
